We provide personal care with the more intimate or personal daily routines for which you or your dependent may require assistance
Our personal care services support the elderly and frail, physically disabled, learning disabled, or those with mental health illness with personal daily routines at home that may be impossible to do alone or have become more difficult. We always preserve the dignity of our service users, ensuring their privacy and intimacy is always in place.
Our service ensures that people have privacy when they need and want it, treating them as equals, respecting people's personal preferences, lifestyle and care choices.
We can help service users in:
Getting out of bed in the morning
Assistance with washing and dressing

Preparation for going to bed
Our support staff can also;

We also provide a night care service for preparation for bed, sleepovers and night-shifts.
Dignity and Respect
Wherever possible, and where it is safe to do so, we will let our service users do things independently. We encourage a 'can do' attitude and instill confidence in being independent.
Our Initial Process
When arranging your care package, we follow a well organised process to ensure that you receive a truly tailor made and high quality care service.
Stage 1
Our specialist Care Co-ordinator team receives your homecare enquiry. We will discuss your specific care requirements with you and get to know your preferences. We will provide information on the services that are available to you, outline the costs and give you some company information and how we operate.
Stage 2
We will arrange for a member of our care co-ordinator/management team to visit you and carry out a comprehensive care assessment of your care needs, including a risk assessment to ensure your safety. Following this visit, a fully completed care package will be offered with the total cost for the service.
Stage 3
We will finalise your care plan with you and your family, making sure you are happy with every aspect of your care package.
Stage 4
We will identify a suitable support worker to support you with your care plan and arrange for you to meet them prior to the service commencing to ensure that all of your needs are met. If any additional training is required by our staff to support your care package, we will arrange for our staff to undertake further training and development to meet your needs.
Stage 5
Your service commences.
