Some People See Endless Challenges
We Present You With Endless Opportunities

Community Care Choice, Glasgow

Providing Personalised Support For Ten Years

We are an established company who have been providing support at home and in the community for ten years in the Glasgow area.

We are a user led orginisation that seek to empower people to live independant lives through making their own choices and controlling their own budgets.

Individuals using our service are put at the heart of our orginisation. Our aim is to match them with our experienced support workers so that it is possible to establish trust and continuity of care.

Range of Care Packages Available

We provide a range of care packages, which are tailored to suit your needs as our staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our Care Manager Joeanne Hamilton can discuss with you the different levels of support we can offer and will ensure best practice at all times.

At Community Care Choice we will strive to provide you with the appropriate staff at the times you require.

Tuesday is Fairfield Club

Some of our service users including John White, Martin Fanning, Catherine Lawrie and Joanna Bradford enjoy their regular Tuesday day out to The Fairfield Club in Govan where they can enjoy activities including line dancing and bingo. The club gives our service users an opportunity to meet up on a weekly basis and catch up on what they have been doing.

Care Inspectorate Comments

Some of the comments from our Care Inspectorate inspection last year.

When speaking with staff it was evident that they put client’s best interests first, making sure that they meet people’s expectations and needs.

We saw this when staff were working with clients and by reading support files.By providing a range of support staff help people live in their own home as independently and healthily as they can.

We thought that clients were very confident about exercising choice, and that they were provided with individualised care and support to improve their life opportunities.

Another lovely thank you

thank you

Another lovely thank you and what better way to start a Friday. Thank you so much to everyone who takes the time to write to us and tell us what a difference we make – we can’t tell you how much it means to all the team:

“I would like to thank your organisation for its assitance in helping me to keep my mother safely and happily in her own home.

“I have nothing but praise for your organisiaton both in terms of professionalism and friendliness. Your ability to calmly cope with changing conditions was always reassuring…..I would ask you to pass on my appreciation and thanks to all the carers who took great care of my mother, expecially Jacqueline Sweeney and Louisa Telford.”

Yours sincerely
