We are a user led organisation that seek to empower people to live independent lives through making their own choices and controlling their own budgets.
Individuals using our service are put at the heart of our organisation. Our aim is to match them with our experienced support workers so that it is possible to establish trust and continuity of care
We provide a range of care packages, which are tailored to suit your needs as our staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Care Manager Joeanne Hamilton can discuss with you the different levels of support we can offer and will ensure best practice at all times.
We Listen To You
The quality of our service relies on listening to the feedback we receive from users, staff and external agencies. We have various methods of capturing feedback, which we then use to create action plans to improve our services wherever possible.
Continuity of Care
Community Care Choice believe in the continuity of staff, which in turn leads to trusting relationships being made between our service users and our staff. This allows our service users to feel valued and safe in the comfort of their care.

- Provide person centred services, which are part of our framework
- Work with individuals within the parameters of Personalisation and Individualised budgets, Self Directed Support and the Independant Living Fund.
- Provide evidence to meet the standards of care required by the Care Inspectorate.
- Work with external agencies to meet the goals and outcomes required for our service users.
